Since I first moved to New York, one thing has remained the same… Soho is my favorite neighborhood. There’s something about the atmosphere there that always reminds me why I fell in love with New York in the first place. So naturally when people ask for suggestions, I always tell them to visit Soho! Keep reading to find out why.
The first reason is because it’s convenient shopping. As someone who grew up on good old-fashioned malls, I sometimes miss being able to go one place to do all my shopping. Soho has almost any store you could want within walking distance. Of course there is a ton of stuff on the main street of Broadway, but if you happen to venture through the less busy streets there is so much more to explore. Each street has its own hidden gems for shopping and eating.
The next reason is because no matter how often I go there is always something new to discover. It’s a great place to go for people watching, celeb spotting, and inspiration stirring. From the people to the boutiques, even down to the rustic cobblestone streets, all of inspire me in some way.
With all that being said, this wouldn’t be much of a style blog if i didn’t talk about my outfit now would it? Like most of my outfits lately, this look was super 90’s inspired (I’m even wearing a choker but it’s hidden under my turtle neck). The cool thing about my outfit is that the whole look is under $100 (yes including the shoes) from Boohoo.
